Wow, our first September post... it really does feel like we've blinked and the Summer has left us. Not to despair though, bring on the Pumpkin Spice Latte's, cosy nights in with X Factor (yay!) and candles lit in every single room. Autumn goals!
So this week I wanted to share with you a very special print that has left a lovely lady literally smiling from ear to ear. Basically, the biggest Wigan Warriors fan to ever exist (seriously), Debbie, finally got to meet her idol Sam Tomkins after winning 'dinner and drinks' through a silent auction to raise money for Alzheimer's Society - awesome or what?
She'd had seen a previous foil print we had completed in ruby red and immediately got in touch with us to create something in those true Wigan Rugby colours - cherry and white.
After coming up with an initial design, complete with her own hashtags for Sam himself, Debbie took the design with her and asked 'Sam the Man' to sign it for her explaining it would later be foiled and framed to which he happily obliged!
After returning the signed design to us, we were able to work our magic! We scanned the design back in and created a very special ruby red foil print that left Debbie beaming and you can see her huge smile for yourself here...
